They said to me that the packs were only for 32bit products and there were no 64bit language packs. Not to get it only for free, but to avoid all the other stuff when going to microsoft to buy it – you need to open account, you need to give credti card information – then if you are living in Europe but you are now in US, your credit card does not match with the US address but the website will not accept the address outside US.
